KVS aims to offer comprehensive long and short-term training, including in-service courses, to enhance the efficiency of individuals in their professional and departmental responsibilities. Moreover, Induction/orientation programmes for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the KVS system are also conducted as and when required.
In addition to KVS training programmes, teachers are encouraged to participate and complete various courses, workshops, and modules designed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and other recognised organisation .In house trainings are also conducted at school level for various programs.
